The influence transborder regions on the development process in Serbia

Abstract: Opening of the East European borders, at the end of the 20th century, a lot of possibilities for international and transborder collaboration were appeared. There were different initiatives to create planned concepts for adjusting the development of eastern and western countries, and opportunity activating potentials.
