The Interaction Effect of Information Asymmetry and Decentralization on Managers' Job Satisfaction: A Research Note

Abstract: This study investigates the interaction effect of information asymmetry and decentralization on the job satisfaction level of sub-unit managers. Responses gathered by means of a questionnaire survey from 42 managers in Singapore were generated and analyzed using regression analysis.
