Abstract:Background:
Anticoagulation clinic (AC) is aimed at improving anticoagulation control and outcomes in patients with atrial fibrillation (AF). There is little published data on the benefits of providing an AC in China even if Asians have a higher risk of hemorrhage and stroke when taking warfarin. This study attempts to assess the impact of the AC on warfarin management in the Chinese population.
