The Lower Amur River Hydrological Regime and Relations Between the Summer-Autumn Runoff and Circulation Indices

Abstract: Long-term forecasting of flood flow in the lower reaches of the Amur is an urgent task of modern hydrometeorology serving the needs of economic sectors.
