The Methodology of Developing the Urban Heat Island E-module on the Achievements and Collaboration Skills of High School Students in Surakarta

Land use change is an event that results in a change in appearance caused by humans, usually occurring in areas that are currently or recently developed. Wonogiri sub-district has experienced changes in its land use, from undeveloped agricultural land to built-up areas. This increase has resulted in the expansion of built-up land for housing, education, and industry. The purpose of this study was to determine the distribution of land use change and the impact of population density on land use change in Wonogiri Sub-district. This research uses a qualitative data analysis method. The qualitative data uses map analysis from the results of overlaying the 2013 and 2019 land use maps. The distribution of land use change in Wonogiri Subdistrict amounted to 364.74 Ha, which was dominated by changes to settlements. It was found that one of the causes of land change is population density. The denser the population in a kelurahan, the more land use change there is, namely land change into settlements. This research produced three maps: 2013 land use map, 2019 land use map, and 2013 and 2019 land use change map.

Central Java province has the highest disaster risk index (score 203) of 33 provinces in Indonesia. In 2022, the Province was most affected by floods with 203 incidents. Kudus Regency is one of the regencies in Central Java that is often affected by floods. Mejobo sub-district is the sub-district with the most flood events in the last 5 years. The frequent occurrence of floods triggers various emerging problems such as social vulnerability. Hence, the purpose of this study is to examine social vulnerability and population analysis in the Mejobo sub-district. The calculation of vulnerability classes uses 5 parameters, namely population density, people with disabilities, vulnerable age groups, poor people, and women. which is then scored for each parameter and classified into 3 vulnerability classes (low, middle, and high vulnerability). The results obtained for low vulnerability were found in 3 villages, namely Jojo, Temulus, and Tenggeles Villages. Moderate vulnerability is in the villages of Hadiwarno, Kirig, and Mejobo. In the high vulnerability class, there are 5 villages, namely Golantepus, Jepang, Gulang, Kesambi, and Payaman.

One of the endemic diseases that can be found in tropical areas is DHF or Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF). Dengue fever can be transmitted through Aedes aegypti mosquitoes that have been infected with the dengue virus. It is estimated that the level of dependence on DHF is always related to the infected area around it. DHF can spread to other people through mosquito bites. Sukoharjo Regency in 2018 recorded 35 cases of DHF sufferers and zero patients died. Increased up to 90% in 2019, there were 317 cases of dengue fever and 10 patients died. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine the autocorrelation of the spread of DHF in Sukoharjo Regency in 2019. This study used data on the number of DHF sufferers per subdistrict in Sukoharjo Regency in 2019. The research method used the calculation of the Moran Index. Calculation of Moran’s Index produced a value I = -0.181. Moran’s index value is in the range - 1≤I< 0 so that it indicates a negative autocorrelation. The correlation is classified to be a weak relationship. Negative spatial autocorrelation values indicate locations that are close to each other have values that are not close together. Subdistricts with a high number of sufferers tended to be irregular.
