“…The number of citations for the Top 100 articles ranged from 142 to 3,218. Compared with other specialties (Oh and Galis, 2014; Seriwala et al, 2015; Liao et al, 2016), the number of citations was not large, probably because our research topic only involves a part of the respiratory system and critical care.
