The native Iranian soil bacteria with high potential to produce extracellular methionine gamma-lyase

Abstract: This study aimed to screen native methionine gamma-lyase (L-methioninase) producing bacteria from soil samples and optimize the culture media for enhanced enzyme production using statistical design.
