Abstract:Synchronous sampling allows alternating current (AC) quantities, such as the root mean square (RMS) values of voltage and power, to be determined with very low uncertainties (on the order of a few parts of 10-6 [1]). In this a new mathematical expression for estimating measurement uncertainties in non ideal synchronization with fundamental frequency AC signals is presented. The obtained results were compared with those obtained with a high-precision instrument for measuring basic AC values. Computer simulation… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
