The nose between ethics and aesthetics: Sushruta's legacy

Abstract: The nose, once symbol of morality expressed through physical integrity, today becomes an important factor of human beauty. Rhinoplastic surgery is, both then and now, deeply pervaded with both ethics and aesthetics.
