The Ohio Occupational Therapy Transition Outcomes Study: A Three-Year Description of Secondary Transition Services

Abstract: Date Presented 4/17/2015 In this study, we describe cost-effective transition services for adolescents with disabilities across 10 school districts, including assessment, prevocational and life skill interventions, role change, challenges of adolescents, collaboration, scheduling, vocational schools, and occupational therapist (OT)/occupational therapy assistant (OTA) teaming.
