Abstract:We have performed the retrospective comparison of the parameters of physical development (circumference of head and chest, body weight and length), dynamics of laboratory tests, death rate in 103 HIV-positive and 77 HIV-exposed children. The majority of the studied parameters were within the normal range. The differences between the groups revealed in the follow up might be used for HIV status prognosis.
