“…Estas herramientas muestran una potencial aplicación para la salud del sueño (Ko et al, 2015) y pueden ser útiles como nudges que fomenten comportamientos saludables de sueño al otorgarnos información sobre nuestros hábitos (Arroyo & Zawadzki, 2022).
