The PENGUIN approach to reconstruct protein interactions at enhancer-promoter regions and its application to prostate cancer

Abstract: DNA-binding proteins (DBPs) and in particular transcription factors interact with enhancers and their target genes through enhancer-promoter (E-P) interactions.
