The platelet window: examining receptor regulated second messenger processes in psychosis and depression

Abstract: Peripheral markers of psychiatric illness provide a potentially important window into the pathophysiology of a number of psychiatric illnesses. Direct access to pathophysiological processes is fraught with difficulty.
