The PLATO Dome A Site-Testing Observatory: Instrumentation and First Results

Abstract: The PLATeau Observatory (PLATO) is an automated self-powered astrophysical observatory that was deployed to Dome A, the highest point on the Antarctic plateau, in 2008 January.
