The Presentation and Early Diagnosis of the Rudimentary Uterine Horn

Abstract: Many functional noncommunicating horns present during or after the third decade of life with acute obstetric uterine rupture. Surgical removal before pregnancy is recommended. Rates of prerupture diagnosis remain disappointingly low.
