The problem of analysis and evaluation of the programs in a sphere of labor resources territorial mobility

Abstract: The article discusses the problem associated with the formation of an approach to the evaluation of the effectiveness of the programs in a sphere of labor resources territorial mobility. On the base of the results of analysis of implementing these programs, the need for using effectiveness as the primary element of the evaluation was proved. It was proposed to use the time and the cost as parameters of evaluation of the effectiveness.
