The Procedural Function of the Head of an Interrogation Subdivision

Abstract

The article discusses the range of issues associated with appointment types and the main areas of procedural activities of the chief of division of inquiry, it is proved that, as a party to criminal proceedings by the prosecution, the chief of division of inquiry is the subject of criminal prosecution and implements procedural function of indictment.
