The Procedural Function of the Head of an Interrogation Subdivision

Abstract: The article discusses the range of issues associated with appointment types and the main areas of procedural activities of the chief of division of inquiry, it is proved that, as a party to criminal proceedings by the prosecution, the chief of division of inquiry is the subject of criminal prosecution and implements procedural function of indictment.
