The Psychological Clinic: A Survey and a Point of View.

“…The thesis of this article is that the manner in which a clinic operates and functions is instrumental in determining whether the goals of a given program materialize. Much has been written on how a psychological clinic should function (Albee, 1966;Goodstein & Oseas, 1967;Shakow, 1968), but few data have been obtained to determine how it is functioning. This article reports the findings of a survey conducted on the functioning of a psychological clinic in the hope that the data obtained will provide the basis for more systematic analyses.…”
