The Quality Management Model Construction of International Chinese Language Education based on TQM

Abstract

Abstract. With the continuous development of international Chinese language education, how to improve its quality has become a major issue. This paper describes the current development status, existing problems and development trend of international Chinese language education in accord with latest statistical records. Then the paper tends to introduce the term of Total Quality Management (TQM) and its application in education. In order to improve the teaching effects and achieve sustainable development, the author applies the Plan-Do-Check-Action (PDCA) circle to integrating TQM into international Chinese language education.
