Abstract: PurposeThis study forces respondents to tradeoff between invasive human resource practices and salary.Design/methodology/approachRespondents evaluated 16 calibration profiles to estimate a conjoint model among four categories: pre-employment, employment at the office, employment outside the office, and salary.
