The relationship between the earthquakes of Ningbo area and the Neotectonic movement

Abstract: On the basis of analysis of historic earthquakes, seismicity, Neotectonics and fault activity in Ningbo area, we estimate its seismotectonic environment and evaluate its seismic risk. This study gives an example of engineering seismology in weak seismicity areas of the eastern part of China.
