Abstract

The number of confirmed cases of COVID-19 slowly decreasing from the efforts of health workers, the public, and the government in breaking the COVID-19 chain. But in June 2021, the number of COVID-19 cases increased again. This study aims to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and community behavior to prevent the Swiss cheese model of COVID-19 transmission in the new normal period in Surabaya.
