The Research of Multi-sensor Data Fusion Technology

Abstract. Multi-source information from multi-sensors is very important to command information system. Processed multi-source information can offer useful decision information to commander. On the basis of explaining concept, function and advantage of multi-sensor data fusion, the common model of the data fusion was introduced. Multi-sensor data fusion technologies and system structure of multi-sensor data fusion were analyzed. ForewordWith the development of science and technology, especially the development of micro-electric technique, integrated circuit and its designing technique, computer technology, modern signal treatment technology and sensor technology, multi-sensor data fusion has developed into a new subject direction and research field.As a new developing cross subject, multi-sensor data fusion technologies have more extensively application in a plurality of fields. Under the condition of information-based war, the range of battle field is expanding constantly, the environment of battle field is becoming more complicated, therefore information apperceiving of battle field has been proposed higher requirement. Under the condition with fast changing environment of battle field, affronted to a mass of data obtained from different sensors, command information system or commander is demanded to deal with these data fast and make policy in time. So it is significant to the research of multi-sensor data fusion technique.
