Abstract

Where:Ci} -coefficient matrix. It is composed of the relative position difference value between actual targets and theoretical targets. Constraints: Ci} > 0, i, j == 1,2,· .. , n .xi} -matching variable of theoretical target and actual target. It is defined as follows:{ I ,the ith actual target matches with the jth theoretical target xij = 0, the ith actual target doesn't match with the jth theoretical target
