The Research on the Present Land Utilization Maps Downsizing Based on ArcGIS

Abstract

This paper analyzes and sums up the current research situation of downsizing land utilization of maps, and then put forward an improved method on the basis of ArcGIS. This method is fully combined with theories and practice of map downsizing and aims at improving the efficiency and quality when downsizing land utilization maps.
