Abstract:Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) continue to be a noteworthy concern for public health in Brazil, despite endeavors to manage them. The Notifiable Diseases Information System (SINAN) assumes a central role in the registration and monitoring of these infections, but challenges endure.
