Abstract: Systems Prioritization Method (SPM) is a decision-aiding tool developed by Sandia National Laboratories for the U.S. Department of Energy Carlsbad Area Office to provide an analytical basis for programmatic decision making for the W a s t e Isolation Pilot Plant (WIPP).
