“…Apesar da falta de consenso, um estudo recente analisou diversos trabalhos e modelos descritos na literatura, buscando identificar quais elementos de processo são necessários para que a reutilização possa ser bem sucedida. Este estudo incluiu os esforços do SEI/CMU (Software Engineering Institute / Carnegie Mellon University) (DOE; BERSOFF, 1986;PYSTER;BARNES, 1988;HOLIBAUGH et al, 1989), mais focados na área de custos relacionados à reutilização; do SPC (Software Productivity Consortium, primeiro com o RMM (Reuse Maturity Model) (KOLTUN; HUDSON, 1991), depois com o RPC (Reuse Capability Model) (DAVIS, 1993) e finalmente com o RRM (Reuse Reference Model) (RINE; NADA, 2000), modelos que descrevem as principais práticas de reutilização em uma organização de software; e de outros importantes autores da área, como Prieto-Díaz (1991, Sherif, Appan e Lin (2006) e Morillo et al (2006). No estudo de Garcia et al (2007Garcia et al ( , 2008 foi definido um modelo bastante completo, que reúne as práticas recentes relacionadas à reutilização de software.…”
