The Solution of Multicriteria Problem of Selection of Galvanic Coatings Using the Method of Analytical Hierarchy Process

Abstract

The task of choosing the metal for electroplating coating in terms of economic, physical and mechanical, technological and ecological criteria is set and solved. The features of the application of the method of hierarchy analysis in order to simplify technical and economic analysis are considered. The criteria of comparison and type of the hierarchy to compare types of coating of fastening part are proposed. Modification of the classical method of hierarchy analysis, which eliminates the expert from evaluating the alternatives by criteria using a 9-point scale, is described. With the described modification, the alternatives of electroplating coating of parts are evaluated. The obtained results can be used further for automation of the tasks of technological preparation of electroplating manufactures requiring intellectualization of the solutions.
