The study of oat varieties (Avena sativa L.) of various geographical origin for grain quality and productivity

Abstract: С целью выявления образцов с минимальным и максимальным содержанием β-глюканов в зерне проведен скрининг сортов овса, выращенного в условиях Восточной Сибири в течение трех лет.
