The article presents the results of a comparative analysis of the bearing capacity of bored piles with a drilling displacement system (DDS), obtained by tests for static load and according to GOST standards, as well as the results of tests for compression of the surrounding soil after installing the pile with DDS. These DDS piles are created by rotary drilling with a simultaneous full displacement of the soil in a horizontal direction. The optimal design of DDS piles can be obtained in soils that allow for a horizontal displacement, which causes an increase in the shaft's resistance. It is shown that drilling and ramming technologies of pile foundation construction play an important role in modern urban planning, but they are not fully universal. Actively developing, they replace traditional methods using dynamic and vibratory impacts, as they are more gentle to nearby buildings, which is most relevant for cities with dense urban development. According to the project design, the field tests of DDS bored piles with a diameter of 410 mm, and length of 6 m was performed by two static loading tests. The static loading tests were performed by GOST 5686-2012. This paper shows the results of the load-settlement and feed rate of the deep auger for pile diagrams 1 and 2 from those field tests that make it possible to determine the bearing capacity of piles on a given soil. The analysis signified that the bearing capacity of the six-meter-high bored piles meets the design requirements.

The study of the causes of injuries and ways to solve them at enterprises and industries of the mining, oil and gas and construction sectors has attracted a lot of attention of researchers in recent years. To study this issue, an analysis of injuries in the electric workshop of the Mining and Processing Plant. The methodological basis of the study was the modern provisions of the theory and practice on occupational safety and health, injuries at enterprises and industries of the mining, oil and gas and construction sectors, as well as at enterprises of the electric power industry. The statistical method, comparative analysis, content analysis of regulatory documentation, modeling are used in the work. Also, a statistical method was used to determine the most traumatic areas, and a quantitative assessment of the risk of danger was determined using the Kinney method. According to the results of the study, it was established that the most traumatic are workers with experience from 1 to 4 years, when a specialist is becoming and adapting to working conditions.

The present paper considers the study of creep and deformation properties of sulfur-containing arbolit exposed to various compression stresses. Investigating the creep of lightweight arbolit concretes greatly affecting the performance of bearing and envelope structures draws a special attention during the last years. This issue is of particular relevance in the regions with hot and sharp continental climate. Arbolit concrete is one of the lightest building materials with low thermal conductivity and good soundproof properties. The modern postulates of theory and practice of creation, development of high-strength arbolit concretes on the base of composite sulfur-containing binders have become the methodological framework of the present research. While carrying out scientific research, the following standard measuring and analysis methods of physical and mechanical properties have been used for sulfur-containing arbolit composites. Experimental tests have been implemented on the 28-days samples made of sulfur-containing arbolit, with the cotton plant footstalks as an organic component. The researched samples were vapor sealed with the purpose to eliminate overlapping the processes of contraction and creep. The experimental results have shown that the analysis of prisms deformation in time demonstrates certain derivation from the pattern. Deformation of prisms made of sulfur-containing arbolit loaded at the low stress level were growing at a slower rate that the same deformations at a higher stress level. No derivation has been observed for the prisms of sulfur-containing haydite concrete. For both types of concrete, creep deformation has reached the values exceeding completely recoverable deformation by a factor of 2 or all the samples, the rapid growth of creep deformation has been observed after loading, followed by the gradual slowdown of deformation growth. For sulfur-containing lightweight concretes, as the test shown, the rate of creep deformation growth depends on the hardening curve in time reflecting the process of concrete hardening. This, if compared with sulfur-containing lightweight concretes, creep of sulfur-containing arbolit concrete is significantly lower that eventually leads to the loss of creep deformation at the same stress level. The obtained results can be used when manufacturing an efficient wall material for residential construction, including seismic areas.
