The Study of the Main Indicators of the Local Environmental and Economic System “Industrial Enterprise-Environment”

Abstract: The coal mining enterprise is a high-tech complex, which at the same time exerts all kinds of negative impact on the environment (emissions of pollutants into the air, wastewater discharges, production and consumer waste disposal). To improve environmental safety, it is necessary to study the local environmental and economic system and its main elements in order to improve managerial efficiency. The known approaches to the definition and the features of local environmental and economic system functioning are a… Show more

“…It is worth noting that to determine this parameter, there are a large number of different methods and techniques: the method of calculation in rocks using the drilling and blasting method of preparing the rock mass for excavation (the main indicator is the width of the collapse of the ledge after the explosion); the method of calculation for loose, soft rocks extracted without preliminary loosening (the main indicator is the width of the entrance). In turn, these methods can be divided into subsections: the geometric method (the main indicator is the slope angle of the working side of the quarry φ); the method that takes into account the parameters of the excavation and loading equipment (the main indicators are the parameters of a single-bucket excavator); the method that takes into account the parameters of transport equipment (the main indicators are the parameters of vehicles) [7][8].…”

“…The issue of the state innovation policy effectiveness, and effectiveness of the set of measures adopted has become particularly relevant. According to experts (Howie, 2018), (Odinokova, 2019), (Kireyeva et al, 2018), (Kurmanov et al, 2016), (Labunska et al, 2017), (Kolechkina et al, 2019), (Mikhailov et al, 2018) unrelated state activities may significantly hamper the innovation performance (Naama, 2001;Naama, 2011). In addition, it largely depends on the specifics of various areas and the capabilities of incentive mechanisms.…”

“…The theoretical basis of the study consists of the conclusions of theories and concepts regarding specialists Domestic and foreign researchers note that in an innovative economy, the efficiency and effectiveness of the interaction of economic actor's increases significantly from the organization of integration processes as a condition for the effective functioning of the management system of complex social and economic systems (Duginets&Petrova, 2020;Gryshova et al, 2019;Naama, 2001;Popova, 2016;Petrova et al, 2020;Petrova et al, 2019;Nenkov ae al, 2017;Mussapirov et al, 2019;Mikhailov at al, 2018;Linde&Petrova, 2019;Uteubayev et al, 2019;Lazarova et al, 2015;Jarmusevica et al, 2019). Among the recognized scientific and pedagogical community of Ukraine and the Republic of Poland, conceptual trends in higher economic education -and in particular, in specialists' professional training in the economic sector at higher education institutions of the Republic of Poland and Ukrainehave become the subject of numerous scientific and pedagogical studies, and here can be mentioned several determining ones.…”
