Abstract:<i>Background</i>: Traumatic lymphatic cyst, also known as cystic lymphangioma, is a multidisciplinary disease, with congenital lymphatic cysts being more common. Lymphatic cysts lack specific clinical manifestations, and the vast majority of cases are incidentally discovered during auxiliary examinations or surgeries, making diagnosis challenging.
