The Technological Smoke Break: An Assessment of Technology Addiction in the Workplace

Abstract: The purpose of the current study was to extend prior research by examining the impact of policies that allowed or not-allowed employees access to their smartphones while at work on employee job satisfaction and organizational commitment.
