Abstract: This case report describes the treatment selection process for a 36-year-old woman with stress urinary incontinence (SUI) and an overactive bladder (OAB) who desired pregnancy. The patient had comorbidities of hypertension and type 2 diabetes, which required consideration to improve her quality of life and reproductive health.
