“…Longer periods of residence in Korea reflected higher QoL because increased migration periods were associated with decreased stress of acculturation due to overcoming language difficulties and acculturation. The acculturation stress was affected by the level of Korean language and the length of stay, which affects mental health and lowers QoL [ 26 , 27 ]. Thus, the longer the period of residence in Korea, the lower the acculturation stress, which is considered an influencing factor on the HRQoL.…”
