The up hill and down hill exercises effect on the improvement of 100 meter running

Abstract: This study aimed to determine the effect of Up Hill and Down Hill exercises on increasing the 100 m run. The respondents of this study were 30 male athletes aged 16-17 years with a height of ±157.4 cm and a weight of ±56 kg.
