The Upper Mississippi River Comprehensive Flood Damage Reduction Study: Taking a Fresh Look at an Old Problem on a Basin‐Wide Level

Abstract: Summary The Upper Mississippi River Comprehensive Plan will develop a systemic flood damage reduction project that is consistent with environmental sustainability goals and responds to the study authorization as per the Water Resources Development Act of 1999 (Public Law 106‐53).
