The utility of augmented reality in retrosigmoid craniotomies: several innovations

Abstract: Objective: During retrosigmoid craniotomy, it is vital that the transverse-sigmoid sinus junction (TSSJ) is positioned correctly, as it improves surgical efficiency and prevents complications.
