Abstract:Based on the single-screw compressor (SSC) structure, a new type of composite slide valve (CSV) has been proposed and designed, featuring internal volume ratios of 2.8, 3.9, and 5.6 and operating under a partial load of 35%. The theoretical model describing the dynamic features and thermodynamic performance of the SSC with CSV has also been built.
