Abstract: Hyperviscosity syndrome (HVS) is defined as the symptomatic presentation of increased blood thickness due to various clinical conditions such as hypergammaglobulinemia. HVS secondary to immunoglobulin (Ig)A multiple myeloma has been infrequently reported.
