Thermal Image Diseases Identification Using Hybrid Genetic Algorithm with Relevance Vector Machine Classification

Abstract: For thermal-based applications, images are obtained by an Infrared camera through Plank’s law. Thermal sensitivity is the smallest temperature difference detected by the camera.
