Thermally Driven Continuous Rolling of a Thick-Walled Cylindrical Rod

Abstract: Self-sustained motion can take advantage of direct energy extraction from a steady external environment to maintain its own motion, and has potential applications in energy harvesting, robotic motion, and transportation.
