“…On the other hand, the discrepancy between the patterns of dust and water measurements is less intuitive. Water outgassing is the dominant driver of dust activity from the northern hemisphere (De Sanctis et al 2015a;Shi et al 2018a), prior to the observations analysed here (days before Northern autumn equinox). The deviation of water production from the variation of illuminated cross section, in particular, suggests that the nucleus surface is not homogeneously active as presented by Marschall et al (2019).…”

“…Observations of dust 'jets' have been traced to certain areas of the surface (Vincent et al 2016), and various models have been developed to trace gas and dust flow in the inner coma of 67P, with varying degrees of complexity (e.g., Fougere et al 2016a;Kramer & Noack 2016;Kramer et al 2017;Zakharov et al 2018), but these do not yet uniquely identify the surface features responsible for activity. Indeed, many of the models show that the bulk activity can be explained by moreor-less homogeneous activity from all illuminated surface facets (Keller et al 2015), and that jets in the inner coma are controlled more by the complex shape of the nucleus than by anything special about their apparent source on the surface (Shi et al 2018a). Yet, there are clear variations in activity with seasonal illumination of the comet, which appear to be related to the very different morphology of the Northern and Southern surfaces, and models that explain the early activity seen by Rosetta when 67P was far from the Sun do not reproduce the perihelion behaviour (Shi et al 2018b).…”

“…As previously mentioned, aluminum chalcogenides, specifically sulfides and tellurides, present different stoichiometries in dependence of the experimental conditions used for preparing them. [ 185 ] Pressure might have a primary role for the formation of even more exotic structures, which have been, for the moment, predicted by calculations. [ 186 ] However, despite the fragmented arguments for the description of one of structures of Al–Q systems, a systematization of the relevant structures deriving from the phase diagrams is partially missing.…”

“…Impressively, against HepG2, A549 and U87MG To develop probes for image-guided surgery, Wang et al recently reported a peptide-based probe for imaging renal cell carcinoma (RCC). 510 As shown in Figure 86C, the peptide, RGDRDDRDDPLGYLGFFC(Cy) (272), consists of a targeting motif, an enzyme cleavable site, and a NIR fluorophore. Specifically, the modular molecular design includes (i) RGD, as a recognition motif, for recognizing the highly expressed αvβ3 integrins in RCC, (ii) PLGYLG, as an enzyme-responsive peptide linker and a substrate to be cleaved by MMP-2/9, (iii) a self-assembly motif (YLGFFC), and (iv) a fluorophore (Cy).…”
