Abstract:Stress urinary incontinence (SUI) is defined as the involuntary loss of urine during physical exertion, efforts, and coughing or sneezing in the absence of detrusor contraction. It is the most common type of urinary incontinence in women. Midurethral slings are one of the most popular surgical options to treat patients with SUI.
