Abstract

The displays industry has no shortage of innovations to deliver ultrahigh contrast displays that are increasingly competitive with OLED and manufacturable in existing fabs. Dual‐cell OLCD is one approach that offers huge advantages in display performance and cost through simplification, thin structure, and true pixel‐level dimming.
