Background: Quality of life is determined by the lifestyle of individuals. If people have a healthy lifestyle, then they have a higher quality of life. What makes a person's lifestyle is the way he thinks. Therefore, if the thinking is healthy, the person's lifestyle will be healthy, and if the thinking is unhealthy, the person's lifestyle will also be damaged, which will reduce the quality of life. Methods: The research method was mixed method in two quantitative and qualitative phases. The research method in the qualitative phase was customary qualitative content analysis, in which the data analysis process was based on the approach of Granheim and Ladman. In the quantitative phase, the psychometric properties of the research scale were measured. This research was conducted from 2016 to 2021 in Iran. The statistical population in the qualitative section was all scientific texts in the form of articles, books and dissertations that were extracted from scientific databases such as ScienceDirect, PubMed, Elsevier, Ebsco, Sid, Magiran. Results: Indicators of intellectual thinking have been mentioned as research results, which are the main components of the new model of thinking. Moreover, the level of thinking was mentioned and Cognitive distortions, cognitive bias, and perceptual errors were mentioned as sources of harm and error. Conclusion: Intellectual thinking has been mentioned as healthy thinking, which is the main factor of a health promotion lifestyle because healthy lifestyle improves the quality of life of people, which is one of the indicators of public health. Therefore, a higher quality of life can be achieved from the model of healthy thinking, which is a new perspective on promoting public health.

Georg Hegel left an immense intellectual legacy that has the potential to change the life of mankind for the better. The article is based on speculative methods of research and aims to rethink the scientific efforts of scholars who were engaged in the study and interpretation of Hegel’s philosophy and his concepts. The purpose of the article is to study the philosophical thought of Georg Hegel. The article was written using the analysis of scientific papers to identify the fundamental principles of Hegel’s philosophy; the mental modeling was used to recreate the visual concept; the method of idealization was necessary to create a simplified implementation model of a particular phenomenon; induction and deduction methods were also applied. As the result, a more detailed concept of Hegel’s four objective methods can be designated: ACA (the cycle of ascent from the Abstract to the Concrete and the subsequent descent to the Abstract), AAC (ascent from the Abstract to the Concrete), DCA (descent from the Concrete to the Abstract), and CAC (the cycle of descent from the Concrete to the Abstract and the subsequent ascent to the Concrete), as well as their meaning in practical and abstract cases. In the course of the study, the following conclusions were made: the logical, functional schematic design of the individual paradigm determines the transparency of understanding and visibility of the causal phenomena of the environment, which logically ensures harmonious development, an increase in the quality of life, and an increase in its duration.

Destination City for Digital Nomad's in Thailand: A Case Study of Digital Nomad Community in Chiang Mai

The popularity of moving abroad for working and travelling at the same time has started to become a lifestyle that gradually breaks the traditional way of working as salaried workers or being known as a Digital Nomad (Müller, 2016). In Thailand, Bangkok, Chiang Mai and Phuket are the top destinations, especially Chiang Mai, which was once chosen as the world's number 1 destination for digital nomads to move to (Chiangmai buddy, 2017). This study aims to understand the factors of nomads’ migration (Pofeldt, 2017). Qualitative research collected data and in-depth interviews with 11 key informants through a digital nomad community in Chiang Mai. Data analysis was performed through the method of content analysis. The results of the research showed that there were three factors supporting a decision of selecting Chiang Mai as a destination city. The first factor is natural and cultural capital, such as its unique culture, various tourist attractions, food, and diverse nature. The second factor is access to work and communication infrastructures through the internet, cafés, internet prices, and services. The third factor is information exchange networks are built, integrating networks of a digital nomad community in Chiang Mai where opinions are exchanged, and activities are performed constantly. This has led to exchange networks that have made Chiang Mai become a top destination for nomads around the world.
