Third-order nonlinear optical properties of CuS/reduced graphene oxide nanocomposites

Abstract: CuS/Reduced graphene oxide (rGO) nanocomposites can be synthesized using the hydrothermal method. X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy analyses demonstrated that CuS uniformly covered the surfaces of rGO. In this paper, the nonlinear optical (NLO) properties of the CuS/rGO composites with different graphene content were investigated by a Z-scan technique.
