Thoracoscopic Right Basilar Segmentectomy After Right Upper Lobectomy

Abstract: We report a case of thoracoscopic right basilar segmentectomy after upper lobectomy. A 76-year-old man who underwent right upper lobectomy for lung tuberculosis 50 years earlier was diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma, stage IB (T2aN0M0), in the right lower lobe and underwent right basilar segmentectomy for limited resection.
